Steel-faced flat panels for straight surfaces and assembled sections. Curved steel shells for circular columns and piers.
FLAT STEEL FORMWORK
A steel contact face, welded stiffeners and edge frames form the panel assembly. Suitable panel combinations and corner details create walls, foundations and rectangular sections.
CIRCULAR COLUMN FORMWORK
Paired steel half-shells form a circular section. Curved ribs stiffen the skin, while flanged joints connect the shells and the selected height sections.
02 / THE CONNECTIONS MATTER
Choose panels and support components together. Connection compatibility and the project design determine the complete arrangement.
Match edge profiles, holes and corner components. Specify the compatible bolts, pins or clamps for the selected formwork system.
Adjust the form to line and plumb and stabilize it through the designed head connections and base anchors. Confirm prop length, force capacity and anchorage for the arrangement.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC GEOMETRY
Share drawings for pier caps, beams, barriers or other special forms. We will review geometry, fabrication requirements and the supply scope before confirming a proposal.
Discuss a custom form ↗Catalog scope reference. Bridge travellers and other temporary works require a separate engineered proposal; they are not included in a standard panel order.
BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Drawings or sketches, wall or column dimensions, quantity, intended application, connection requirements, finish, destination and delivery plan. Add the concrete pressure or pour parameters if available.
No. It is the overall depth shown in the supplied flat-panel size list. The steel contact-face thickness, stiffener section and steel grade must be specified separately.
Use a purpose-selected alignment prop with suitable end connections, tension/compression performance and base anchorage. A vertical support prop is not automatically interchangeable.
They are reference information. Custom dimensions, coating, accessories, quantities and delivery details are agreed with Nuohong by WhatsApp or email. Circular-form weight basis must be confirmed for the ordered shell or assembly.
The selected skin, stiffeners, joints, ties and bracing design together with concrete properties, placement rate and other project conditions. The photographs and size table do not establish an allowable pressure.
